Case study

Scaling With Systems LIVE

A parking garage, engineered into a cinematic summit.

Miami, FL·2023

1 raw concrete shell, transformed
100% sold out
4K cinematic capture, edited for distribution

Theme & approach

We took raw concrete and authored a cinematic room — proof that the venue is an input, not a constraint.

The garage, unrecognisable under the build.

What we engineered

The room, by discipline.

Creative

The venue is an input

We treated the shell as raw material. Scenic, light, and projection turned concrete into a room that read as cinema.

Production

Engineered from nothing

Power, rigging, sound, and scenic built from a bare slab — every element directed in-house to one cinematic standard.

Content

A quarter of distribution

Captured in 4K and cut for the months after — one room turned into an ongoing content engine.

Outcomes

What closed, shipped, and got distributed.

  • A bare parking structure transformed into a cinematic summit
  • A sold-out room at premium tiers
  • A 4K content package edited for the following quarter
